Joakim Bording works as an interaction designer and frontend developer in the norwegian design firm Netlife Research. He has his passion in the interplay between accessibility and user experience.
Joakim has worked with large norwegian companies like Skandiabanken and Gilde, and give talks and workshops on universal design. In 2014 it became illegal in Norway to make websites that are not accessible for everyone. Similar regulations will soon surface in the European Union. Joakim has come to tell you why and how this is a good thing for the designers that build the web.
